There is a saying that if you want something to be done well, do it your‑

self. So, I am following this wise saying and would like to introduce myself.

My name is Anna.

In the beginning, I would like to represent my family and parents. Actually

my family isn’t large. My family consists of my father, mother, sister and me.

My father’s name is Yuri. He is 41 years old, but he looks much younger.

He is tall, handsome with short dark hair and brown eyes. He looks strong

and full of energy. He is generous, gifted and hard-working. I really adore

his sense of humour. My father is fond of sport and computers. He is a busi‑

nessman. My dad is a well-educated and well-read person that is why it is

always interesting to communicate with him, he usually tells many exciting

stories, of course, if he has free time.

My mother is 39. Her name is Natalia. She is a teacher. She is a good-

looking, blond woman with fair hair and big green eyes. She is a slim and

pretty woman. My mum is kind-hearted, creative and optimistic. She enjoys

gardening and listening to classical music. She often gives me good advice.

For me she is the best mother one can imagine. I admire her character. She is

an optimist. She is full of energy and enthusiasm. It takes her much time

and power to take care of our home. But I can assure she copes with her

work very well. Besides, both my father and I help her with housework. For

example, I wash the dishes, sometimes go shopping and so on.

I would like to see my father’s parents. But they were gone before my

birth. According to my parent’s words, they were wonderful, friendly and

kind people. In my opinion my dad inherited their best features. My par‑

ents are remarkable people: kind-hearted, honest, they have moral values

and don’t break promises. They understand me completely. They allow me

everything. They always give me good advice and, frankly speaking, I don’t

know what I will do without them. I am very lucky that I have such wonder‑

ful parents and, of course, I love them very much.
