3. Analysis by Zimnitsky.
This analysis is used to study excretory and concentration functions of the
kidneys. The patient urinates to the toilet at 6.00, then every 3 hours during the
day – to the jars prepared and signed by nurse (at 9.00, 12.00, 15.00, etc., only
8 cans). It is also necessary to count the amount of fluid and inform the nurse.
The test is carried out in a normal drinking regime, the patient does not take
diuretic on this day.

Content of training material
The terminal state
is the processes of the body dying, the transition from
death to life, it’s irreversible changes in the brain tissue, due to hypoxia and
disorders of acid – alkaline balance in the body.
The functions of the body do not fade at the same time, but gradually, that
makes it possible to restore them with intervention in time.
In the process of dying there are several stages:
Predagonal state
is characterized by the fading of the activity of the
organism, when biochemical reactions, physical changes and electrical
processes so changed that they are not able to ensure the maintenance of normal
body vitality. At this stage consciousness presents but confused, blood pressure
decreases till, pulse is thready, breathing is often, deep, skin is pale.
