5. Многослойный плоский ороговевающий эпителий
кожи пальца
(гематоксилин – эозин)
Данный тип эпителия покрывает кожу, образуя эпи-
дермис. Клетки эпидермиса постоянно обновляются и
дифференцируются. В эпидермисе различают 5 слоѐв.
Ба-
зальный слой (5)
образован клетками кубической или
призматической формы, лежащими на базальной мембране.
Они способны к митотическому делению.
Шиповатый
слой (4)
образован крупными клетками неправильной фор-
мы. В глубоких слоях могут встречаться делящиеся клетки.
Зернистый слой (3)
состоит из уплощенных клеток, в ци-
топлазме которых содержатся керато-гиалиновые грану-
лы.
Блестящий слой (2)
представляет собой зону перехода
от живых клеток зернистого слоя к чешуйкам рогового
слоя.
Роговой слой (1)
образован плоскими
роговыми че-
шуйками
с утолщенной плазмолеммой. В наружных частях
рогового слоя роговые чешуйки слущиваются с поверхно-
сти эпителия.Под эпителием
–рыхлая волокнистаясоеди-
нительная ткань (6).
5. Keratinized stratified squamous epithelium of the
fingers skin
(hematoxylin –eosin)
This type of epithelium covers the skin, forming ep-
idermis. Epidermal cells are constantly updated and diffe-
rentiated. In the epidermis there are 5 layers.
The stratum
basale(5)
is formed by cells of cubic or prismatic shape ly-
ing on the basement membrane. They are capable of mitot-
ic division.
The stratum spinoum (4)
is formed by large
cells of irregular shape. In deep layersdividing cells may be
observed.
The stratum granulosum (3)
consists of flat-
tened cells, in the cytoplasm of which keratohyaline gra-
nules are contained.
The stratum lucidum (2)
is a zone of
transition from living cells of the granular layer to the
scales of the stratum corneum.
The stratum corneum
(Horny layer) (1)
is formed by flat
cornifiedsquames
with
thickened plasmolemma. In the outer parts of the stratum
corneumcornifiedsquamesare exfoliated from the surface of
the epithelium.Under the epithelium there is –loose fibrous
connective tissue (6).
