11. Эластический хрящ

(гематоксилин – орсеин)

По общему плану строения имеет много общего с

гиалиновым хрящом. Снаружи покрыт надхрящницей,

под ней расположены

изогенные группы хондроци-

тов (1)

. Однако группы хондроцитов обычно имеют

вид цепочек (из 2-х или большего числа клеток), ори-

ентированных перпендикулярно к поверхности.

В межклеточном веществе

обнаруживаются

эласти-

ческие волокна (2)

, окрашенные орсеином в тѐмно-

вишнѐвый цвет и идущие во всех направлениях.

Из-за относительно низкого содержания колла-

геновых фибрилл, в эластическом хряще не происхо-

дит отложение солей кальция (обызвествление) при

нарушении питания.

11. Elastic cartilage

(hematoxylin – orcein)

According to the General plan of the structure

elastic cartilage has much in common with hyaline car-

tilage. It is covered with perichondrium outside, under

it there are

isogenous aggregates of chondrocytes (1)

However, groups of chondrocytes usually have the

form of chains (of 2 or more cells), oriented perpendi-

cular to the surface. In the

intercellular substancee-

lastic fibers (2)

, painted by orcein in dark cherry color

and going in all directions are detected.

Due to the relatively low content of collagen fi-

brils in the elastic cartilage does not occur deposition

of calcium salts (calcification) in violation of nutrition.
