На снимке с большого увеличения визуализируется

поперечная исчерченность мышечного волокна, со-

стоящая из темных анизотропных и светлых изотроп-

ных дисков.

The photograph shows bundles of muscle fibers

(myofibre) (1), in the transverse or longitudinal section.

Multiple nuclei (2), having an elongated shape, are lo-

cated on the periphery of the fibers. In the picture with

high magnification visualized by transverse striations

of the muscle fiber that consists of dark anisotropic and

light isotropic bands are visualized. Between the fibers

in the bundle of the layer of loose connective tissue –

endomysium

(3) is observed. Thicker layer of connec-

tive tissue –

perimysium

(4) are located around the

group of muscle fibers.
