окрашивается осмиевой кислотой в черный цвет.

В каждом волокне виден бледно окрашенный

осевой

с узкими

перехватами Ранвье

насечками мелина (2),

имеющих вид узких

светлых косых щелей. В этих местах концентриче-

ские листки мезаксона не так плотно прилегают друг

к другу, отчего между ними сохраняются прослойки

цитоплазмы. Вокруг миелинового слоя наружный

слой оболочки –нейролемма (являющийся более

светлым). Нейролемма хорошо видна в области уз-

лового перехвата.

18. Myelinated Fibers

(osmium impregnation)

Due to the presence of lipids, the myelin sheath

is colored black by osmic acid. In each fiber, a pale co-

lored axial cylinder (3) is visible, on the sides of

whichthere is a myelin layer (4) with narrow

node of

Ranvier

(1) and

Melin cleft

(2), having the form of

narrow light slits. In these places the concentric sheets

mesaxondo not closely adjoin to each other, so a layer

of cytoplasm is preserved between them . Around the

myelin layerthere is outer layer of the shell–the neuro-

lemma (which is lighter). The neurolemma is clearly

visible in the area of nodal interception.
