You can also divide the page into columns of a newspaper type after preliminary selecting the text. If you want to change orientation of some document pages from portrait to landscape orientation, you must insert a Page Break. Creating a page break at the location pointed with the mouse cursor will move all text after the page break onto a new page. 3.5. Creating the title page of the research paper The title page consists of several parts. 3.5.1. The head includes the name of the Ministry, the full name of the institution (university), and the name of the department. Formatting: center-aligned text in uppercase, font size 12. 3.5.2. The words “RESEARCH PAPER” with the name of the theme and the discipline in quotation marks (sometimes without the quotation marks). Formatting: center-aligned text placed about the center of the page (or a little above). The main size of the page is 14, but the words “RESEARCH PAPER” and the name of the theme are usually written in a larger font – 16. 3.5.3. The data about the author (name, year of study, group) and the supervisor (name, position, scientific degree). This block of information is located 7 to 9 spaces below the previous one. Note that the block is located on the right, but the first letters of the lines are aligned – you can achieve such an arrangement using the Tab key or select the block, align the text along the left margin and increase the indentation in the Home tab. 3.5.4. The final block includes the information about the city where the institution is located, and the year of writing the work. It is located at the very bottom of the page; the text is center-aligned. After it you should insert a Page Break . A sample of the title page for the research paper is given in Appendix 1. In the text editor program, there are Templates for the title page ( Insert tab > Cover page ). 3.6. Using styles to create the table of contents in the document Style  is a collection of formatting parameters, which has its own name. The style can be applied to both the whole paragraph and several symbols. The default style is the “Normal” style. This style is applied to the body text of any document and serves as the basis for creating other styles. Formatting
