Мезотелий – однослойный плоский эпителий (тотальный препарат, пленочный препарат) (импрегнация серебром) На фотографии представлен тотальный препарат брюшины (брюшина растянута на предметном стекле, без приготовления среза) и мы смотрим на неѐ сверху. Благодаря импрегнации серебром, хорошо выявляются границы соседних мезотелиальных клеток, образующие интердигитации (1). Мезотелий входит в состав серозных оболочек полостей организма (плевральной, брюшной, перикардиальной). Как любой эпителий, мезотелий имеет базальную пластинку, расположенную под пластом клеток. На данном препарате эта структура не видна, т.к. препарат тотальный и ткань рассматривается сверху. Epithelial Tissue 2. Mesothelium – Simple squamous epithelium (total preparation, stretched specimens of tissues) (silver impregnation) The photo shows a total preparation of the peritoneum (the peritoneum is stretched on a slide, without preparing a cut) and we look at it from above. Due to silver impregnation, the boundaries of neighboring mesothelial cells that form interdigitations (1) are well detected. Mesothelium is part of the serous membranes of the body's cavities (pleural, abdominal, pericardial). Like any epithelium, the mesothelium has a basal plate located under the cell layer. On this specimen, this structure is not visible, because the slid is total and the tissue is viewed from above.
